Is this your cry? We are at different stages in our growth and development process in life. What you have mastered someone is only beginning, what may be a mountain to climb someone sees it as plain field to walk on. Do not use the same yardstick to measure everyone. Learn to give people enough room to mature by the things they go through, and you can best offer your advice and encouragements.
