Tips for your Facebook Brand

What your attitude on Facebook may be saying: An Amateur or a Pro. Your #Brand.

“There are four ways, and only four ways, in which we have contact with the world. We are evaluated and classified by these four contacts: what we do, how we look, what we say, and how we say it.  ~ Dale Carnegie

Here are some of the things I have observed, have fun with this and note that it contains some relevant information.
1. Amateurs send friend requests to everyone but the Pros are strategic because they believe in this ‘your network determines your net worth’

2. Amateurs display their ignorance openly by their post and comments(they are quick to break the news without getting the facts, spams others) but the Pros are particular about what they share. They create value for others.

3. Amateurs join every group but pros join selective groups that are profitable.(it’s not about the number of groups but the quality offered). Personal Branding

4. Amateurs tag people in every posts they make and craves for attention but the Pros tag only when relevant.(so they command attention)

5. Amateurs share lots of their personal photos and tag everyone in every photo(very annoying habit) but the Pros only tag a person only when they are in the picture or to convey specific information.(eg. Info-graphics)

The fact that Facebook now allows Hash tags doesn’t mean you should rush tag everything. #BKC

“Every pro was once an amateur. Every expert was once a beginner. So dream big. And start now.”
